Our Team

Smart Choice Properties, LLC opened in 1986 and operates reasonably priced small apartment communities and houses across Springfield, IL. Together with our affiliates, Smart Choice Homes, LLC and WTBS Enterprises, LLC we own over 450 well-maintained apartments and houses. Our communities range from two to ninety-three units and are located in single-family residential areas as opposed to mixed in with huge apartment complexes with hundreds of units. We own more apartment communities in Springfield than any other property management company in town.

From our beginning, our team has been committed to providing each tenant with the highest quality service and support. In addition to our home rental services, we also provide a Lease to Own Program for individuals looking to purchase their own home.
