What Sets Smart Choice Properties Apart From the Rest
The majority of small apartment buildings are owned by part-time investors who are not able to devote the time needed to professionally manage their properties. Our communities are small and we pride ourselves on efficiently and effectively managing every property we own. It is our goal to provide each resident with the rental services they need and deserve.
As part of our commitment to you, we have regular office hours Monday through Saturday. Our staff is very responsive and our maintenance staff members are skilled and experienced. To ensure you receive the service you deserve, we have an emergency cell phone, which is carried by a member of the maintenance staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
